Tooling
is machined from 6061T6 aluminum plate. All external
die components are clear coat anodized or hard-coat
anodized after manufacture for improved cleanliness
and to survive your plants wash-down procedure.

sealbars are Blackstone Teflon coated and are
equipped with Kalmak style Calrod heaters configured
for your specific application.
